Seattle-based psych-rock foursome Moon Darling released its new EP “By The Light of The Moon” late last month, following up the premiere of the music video for the EP’s title track via City Arts, the long-running publisher providing a deep dive on arts and culture in the region, and a packed hometown record release show.
