Austin-based record label Chicken Ranch Records (billing itself as “Devil Music From
The Bible Belt”) has announced two South By Southwest showcases to take
place next Wednesday and Thursday featuring artists from the label’s roster
including Peelander-Z, Moonlight Towers, Mr. Lewis and The Funeral Five, Starlings, TN, The Neal
Pollack Invasion, and others.
Meanwhile, Atlanta-based band Tiger! Tiger!, also a member of the Chicken Ranch Records roster, launches a tour today with fellow
Atlanta band The Subsonics that will
wrap-up next week with performances at the label’s showcases. See below for full details.
