“Santa’s Disco” is the latest video from “Destination… Christmas!” by The Superions

Destination... Christmas!, the hilarious holiday album by The Superions (featuring the unmistakable lyrics and vocals of The B-52s front man, Fred Schneider), hits stores around the world today. The album defines the modern Christmas classic with a traditional twist. “It’s hard to say who our musical influences for this project were, because we don’t want to get sued,” says Fred.

And if you loved the band’s video for the single “Fruitcake,” you’ll chuckle with delight over the shenanigans in the clip for the album’s lead track, “Santa’s Disco” debuting today! This latest video from Destination… Christmas! is the intersection of “A Christmas Story” and “Disco Bloodbath” as everyone parties down on Christmas Eve and contends with a few uninvited guests.  Watch “Santa’s Disco” HERE and listen to a stream of Destination… Christmas! at Spinner.com right HERE.

If you just can’t get enough of The Superions’ holiday spirit, Fred Schneider will be available to chat on Thursday, October 28th about all of the topics that perfectly capture the many moods of the season: despair, avalanches, deranged abominable snowmen, leaden fruitcakes, and of course, laughter. Contact Josh at Fanatic to set up a chat with Fred!
